nutritional facts
I finally decided to get professional guidance for an healthier diet. Now I eat veggies and fruits twice a day, cut down on bread and junk food, and feel great. Lost almost ~4kg up to now, without feeling hungry or weak while training.
Plus, I stopped drinking alcohol. I used to have 1-2 beers/week before, but I always thought about getting rid of it—so why not?
getting back into a good shape
After the 3 months stop due to last summer’s relocation, I’m slowly recovering previous strength levels.
I redesigned my Stronglifts training program:
- Switched to Stronglifts 5x5 Ultra, an upper/lower split
- Training over 4 days/week: shorter sessions, but actually more training than before
- Added assistance work I used to skip before
back into photography
Last Christmas I treated myself with a new mirrorless camera and a couple of lenses. After more than 10 years, I’m finally back into photography—a hobby I always loved. Feels great to capture family memories again, and I’m looking forward to printing some of them 🙂
